Yarrow: Antispasmodic, aid in decreasing cramping and regulate heavy blood flow.

Peppermint leaf: Aids in relaxing the uterine muscle spasms and cramps.

Valerian Root: Good treatment for pain and cramping because of its analgesic properties and it’s ability to relax and soothe the muscles.

Skullcap: Traditionally used as a menstrual tonic. May aid in relieving muscle tension and stress.

Ginger: Anti-inflammatory, reduces bloating and ease feelings of pain.

hemp: May help reduce menstrual cramps and other period-related symptoms like headaches, lower back pain, and sore breasts.
